Avocado was a staple in our meals growing up, and although, I didn’t know it then I now know that it’s rich in nutrients and considered a superfood. Given all of the benefits, it only makes sense to include avocado oil in our body creams. This delicious fruit has ample skin benefits and can be used topically.
